TESTING CERTIFICATION

Fully CPRI and ERDA certified electrical panels by Johns Electric Company

All Johns Electric manufactured panels are tested by CPRI / ERDA for the following certifications:

  1. 33KV INDOOR PANEL
  2. 11KV INDOOR PANEL
  3. LT 6300A AT 75KA
  4. TEMPERATURE RISE TEST
  5. HEAT RUN TEST
  6. IP 54, IP 65 TEST

The tests are performed with the following IEC codes:

  1. Short Circuit Test (6300A, 415V, 80KA) - IEC-61439-1 (2011-8)
  2. 11KV Short Time Withstand Current And Peak Withstand Current Test as per clause 6.6 OF IEC 62271-100, 2003 & IEC-60694, 1996
  3. IP56: IS/IEC 60529:2001
  4. Temperature Rise Test - IS:8623-Part 1-1983/ IEC:60439 Part 1-1985 (RA-2008)
  5. Heat Run Test - IS:8623-Part 1-1983/ IEC:60439 Part 1-1985 (RA-2008)
